Just a few steps from the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the town centre, you can enjoy life in Chamonix to the full without a car. Ski lifts, trails and slopes are within easy reach. A shuttle bus stop 100 metres away provides easy access to all areas of the valley.

With a surface area of 44 m², the flat can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

- A bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be converted into a double bed, with a view
- A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washer/dryer.

- A spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine), dining area and lounge with a high-end sofa bed + Marshall Bluetooth speaker.
- A 5.2 m² west-facing balcony-terrace with a view of Le Brévent and afternoon sun
